Some of our best selling items. These are made from all sorts of different woods; redwood, Manzanita burl, fir... whatever the streams and shores of northern California provide us to work with. Usually about one square foot average for each mini, sometimes smaller sometimes larger... depends on how we feel... and what's available.
Remember, these are one-of-a-kind for sure! We really can't re-create any of these, so if you see one you like, call us today.
MANZANITA is a common name for many species of evergreen shrubs or small trees present in the chaparral of western North America. They are characterized by smooth, orange or red bark and stiff, twisting branches.
The name MANZANITA is Spanish, and literally translated to "LITTLE APPLE". The burl is either cut into slabs for table tops or left intact to use as bases. From creamy white to a deep burgundy red, manzanita is one of my favorite woods.
